Tucson, AZ (January 20, 2016) – For 2015, limited service hotels managed by Focus Hospitality Management enjoyed RevPAR growth of 13.5% compared to the same time last year. The limited service hotels outperformed their market by 7.5% based on Smith Travel Research reporting. The trend of outperforming the markets follows 2014 year-end results with a 14% increase in RevPAR year over year for 2014. The hotels performed better than the market’s year-end results by 11.4%, as indicated by Smith Travel Research.
